The Refectory has sourced incredible truffled from of the best distributors in the country allowing it to create some outstanding dishes including Chef Richard Blondin’s original recipe, the famous Truffled Soupe “VGE Style”, created in Paul Bocuse’s kitchen.
The evening will be led by Ben Emberlein, Regional Manager of Wilson Daniels, discussing curated pairings of GAJA and Royal Tokaji wines.
